Where do you ship from?
We ship from our studio base in Europe or Dubai, depending on where the artwork is located at the time of purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we ship worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
For finished artworks, delivery is typically 5–15 business days.
For commissions, delivery timelines are agreed individually based on size and complexity.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. All shipments include tracking.

Is shipping insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured, and for high-value pieces we use signature on delivery.

Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship with DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Are the artworks original?
Yes. Every piece is a one-of-one original.

Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Each artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Are the artworks signed?
Yes. Every artwork is signed. We sign the back by default, and can also sign the front upon request.

What materials are used?
Our artworks are created on cotton canvas using acrylic paint.

Are the artworks framed?
No - artworks are sold unframed.

Is the artwork ready to hang?
Yes. All artworks arrive ready to hang.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Any shipping/handling costs incurred for the original shipment may be deducted from the refund.

Return conditions
Returned artworks must be in original condition and returned in the original packaging.

Do you accept commissions?
Yes. Commission availability and timelines are agreed individually.

What is the payment structure for commissions?
Commissions require a 50% upfront payment to begin. This deposit is non-refundable once the commission process has started. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed terms.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the outer box, packaging, and the damage.
We will determine the best solution - repair or replacement - depending on the damage.

Which payment methods do you accept?We accept bank transfer and crypto currency.
